He knows a little more than i do (but not much). I plan on doing this tomorrow (Sat.) when i have my husband here to help. So you see what happened last night with the big error message i got? I know cnext.exe is the video driver for sure and we have to do this. I think i need to have my husband with me for this in case i faint or something:). Also, i can't go into 'safe' mode with tapping the f8 key. Is there any way i can do the uninstall of the video driver manually? I went on AMD's site and read a lot of stories similar to mine where the people couldn't get rid of Raptr without going into the registry and deleting it. Just too much 'junk' and you are the EXPERT! I was telling my husband today that i think all of this HP stuff is too much and causing issues. I totally agree with you on the HP stuff:). I have been working non-stop here! I am scared to death and my husband is not here to help me as he is out working on another project.
